From 1 January 2027, every Belgian company with 50 or more employees that provides company cars must offer a mobility budget as an alternative. In January 2028, it will be the turn of companies with 15 or more employees.
Implementation takes 4 to 6 months: drafting policies, training HR teams, communicating with employees, selecting a management tool. Companies that start now will have a real competitive advantage in recruitment. Those who wait will face the pressure.
Only 4.51% of Belgian companies currently offer a mobility budget (Acerta, February 2026). 72% cite lack of clarity as the main barrier. This workshop exists to remove that barrier — in one day.

You build your documents during the day. Three levels of support depending on your ambition — the workshop content is identical in all 3 cases.
